What Tradd does

Lead generation

I build and rank websites that attract people searching for a specific local service, then pass the calls and enquiries to one business in that area. You get the enquiries without running the site, the advertising or the tracking.

IT systems and workflow

I put systems in place for the tasks a business repeats every week — bookings, records, reminders, reporting and the handovers between them. The outcome is fewer manual steps and fewer things that only work because one person remembers to do them.

Custom builds

Where nothing off the shelf fits, I design and build the process itself. That covers internal tools, integrations between systems that do not talk to each other, and automation of work currently done by hand.

What makes Tradd different

One business per area

The enquiries from a given site go to a single business in that area. They are not sold to three competitors at once, which is the normal arrangement with shared-lead platforms.

You rent the lead flow, not a website

I keep the site, the phone number and the hosting, and you receive the enquiries. There is nothing for you to maintain, and nothing that stops working if you stop. If it is not producing, you stop paying for it.

Who you work with

Tradd Horne

Founder, developer and podiatrist

Tradd is a developer and a registered podiatrist, based in Brisbane. He builds and runs production web software in Python and Django, on PostgreSQL, Docker and Linux servers that he manages himself.

The software side started in his own practice. The systems he needed did not exist in a form that suited a small Australian clinic, so he built them. That work now includes TrueBlue Review, a Google review tool; Therapy Online Australia, a national directory of health practitioners; and Kookaburra Health, a read-only AI connection (MCP) to a clinic's practice management system, such as Cliniko or Nookal, that answers questions about the clinic's own data and reports where revenue is being lost.

His automation work spans call tracking and lead routing over Twilio voice and SMS, AI transcription of calls into job cards, email triage, Xero accounting integrations, Google Search Console reporting and transactional email. Most of it runs every day inside his own businesses, so each system has a working user before a client sees it.

He also runs a small team of AI agents on his own server. Each agent owns one job, such as email, lead handover or reporting, and passes anything that goes to a customer to a person to approve.

He started Tradd to bring these systems to Australian service businesses, from the first technical decision through to handover. He still practises as a podiatrist, which is why the work is aimed at service businesses rather than at software companies.
